7 Day Modular Leadership Programme.

For the past 8 years we have been involved in running a 7 day modular Leadership Programme with high potential managers and leaders within the PepsiCo Group and most recently we are running a 6 day programme for the Concentrate Division in Cork, Ireland.

The Pepsi International Leadership Development Programme aims to develop leaders who will meet the challenge of leading the business in the future, through:

  • Building high levels of self-awareness and an accurate perception of impact on others
     
  • Clarifying the “step up” required of managers at Level 10 to Band 1
     
  • Developing an understanding of how to lead and develop their teams
     
  • Providing practise in how to positively influence and align others to point of view
  • Creating an understanding of how to adapt and lead in the face of constant change
     
  • Embedding understanding of the PepsiCo Leadership Effectiveness model
     
  • Challenging individuals to make the additional stretch from “good” to “great” leaders in the future
