Team Performance and Cohesion.

In September we worked with the Board of the household division.
The 2-day programme aimed to lay the foundations of a more cohesive, open and high-performing team through:

  • Giving the team an opportunity to explore the positive contribution of individual difference to effective team-working and enabling individual team members to build awareness of their impact on others

  • Providing the opportunity for the team to understand their role, both individually and as a unit, in the culture change desired within the Household Division

  • Creating a memorable event that will be fun, active, and lay the foundations of shared experience for the team

As part of their output from this event this team of 6 managed to raise £3873 for the Prince’s Trust Volunteers. Well done and thank you.
