We supported Ginny Smith Associates with this client and have run 2 Development Centres for Maersk’s new echelon of future leaders. Candidates from all over the business were nominated as being high potential and appropriate for consideration for senior leadership positions. We delivered a 2-day development and assessment procedure, which identified the traits, skills and behaviours necessary for the next level of leadership.
