Who said pulling together was easy? It doesn’t just happen. A team is a dynamic body: fluid, made up of individuals. Membership changes. Personal agendas don’t always match. Internal and external factors both affect performance.

Developing high performing teams is about developing individuals, together, to create a performance culture.
A culture that understands team dynamics; that has commitment and flexibility; that manages change; that is
intrinsically satisfying and itself thrives on performance.

We will engage you in enjoyable, challenging activity. Then we will use it as the basis for some discovery – about you, your colleagues, how you work together. If you aim to be good, then here’s the chance to step up to the mark.

We will support you all the way through this process – but that doesn’t mean we won’t push you, challenge you, even dare you - to do more, to think differently, to embrace change, to take some measured risks …. And in the process, to think about how to take back to work the simple techniques of review and goal setting that will develop and manage performance.

Carter Wade Team Programmes combine experiential activity with guided reflection and facilitated discussion. They are available for intact teams working either side by side or remotely, or for other groups such as graduates wishing to explore team attributes, roles and behaviours.
