Our activity is therefore very varied. Always, it is designed to stimulate and engage, and always it is part of a process. Our job is to design and manage that process. We will engage you in stretching, interesting experience: community programmes, outdoor and indoor activity, simulations and projects. We support that with expertise, theory, personal profiling and most of all skill in managing creative learning situations.

Design
We will spend as long at it takes to get to know you, understand your needs and create a suitable programme for you. Our expertise is in creating and managing situations which will achieve the outcomes you desire.

For many clients, our first job is helping them to identify what these outcomes should be. Others know what they want, and ask us for innovative and stimulating ways of achieving it. Either way, we treat the client relationship as a partnership in which we seek to get to know you and to understand your organisation and your goals.

Delivery
We understand that the trust our clients place in us is a privilege. So whilst our programmes are always designed to be good fun, we also take them very seriously.

Our programmes are designed around the notions of experience and challenge – but they are brought to life through the tireless support and encouragement with which we apply those ideas and facilitate the experience.
